In this document, "tkbdt", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the tkbdt website, mobile version, and all related services. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who has registered on this site or is using its services.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and such funds will not be refunded.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering conditions have been met.
• Withdrawals may be cancelled in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tkbdt offers new players a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000. Please read the conditions below carefully before claiming this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per user.
• The bonus is added to the first deposit only.
• Wagering conditions must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 General Promotion Conditions

• Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
• tkbdt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If any fraudulent behaviour in the use of bonuses is proven, the account will be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

tkbdt's VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbdt platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Playing using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Gaining unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Behaving disrespectfully toward tkbdt staff.

6.1 Closure by tkbdt

tkbdt may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

6.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. A closure request must be sent to the support team. Any outstanding wagering conditions will be reviewed before the request is processed, and any eligible balance will be returned.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered final only when the system has successfully registered it and a confirmation number is displayed on the bet slip. Incomplete bets due to server issues or network disconnection will be considered void.

7.2 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled in the following cases:

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

Games and related content from third-party software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) remain the property of their respective organisations. These games may only be played legitimately through the tkbdt platform.

tkbdt is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Account information being compromised due to user negligence.

• Any legal complications arising from the user's failure to comply with the laws applicable in their country.

Under no circumstances will tkbdt's total liability exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.
